This can be upgraded to Platinum Express for a small cost.
Rogue Gear uses Australia Post for delivery of all goods. Postage costs are calculated per weight.
For orders below $99 we have two choices of postage including Express Post and Platinum Express Post.

We advise items to be sent Platinum Express include the below benefits:

Rogue Gear accepts no responsibility for consequential loss or damage whatsoever. We strongly encourage items to be sent Registered Post or Platinum Express. By choosing standard express post, you are agreeing to the above. Rogue Gear is not responsible for the performance of Australia Post

Rogue Gear can accommodate pickup of goods by customer organised couriers.

For any international deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by you when ordering. Therefore you should only use an address that is secure and where all persons are known to you. If there is nobody at the address to accept the delivery a notification card will be left informing you to pick up the goods from your local Post Office.

In the event that a parcel is received in a damaged condition please contact us before you open the parcel, we will then instruct you as to the best measures to take.

Exchange, Refunds and Returns

We generally do not exchange, refund or return an item once it has been purchased, however in the case of a warranty claim, please call our team on 0412 538144 to discuss the returns process.

Warranty

All GoPro HERO Cameras have a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase. All warranty returns require original receipt of purchase. Any warranty claims without receipt will void warranty claim.
